Detailed Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Kathmandu Arrival – Transfer to Pokhara

• Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu.
• After immigration formalities, meet our representative.
• Transfer to Pokhara (Approx. 210 km – 9 hours drive).
• Late evening arrival in Pokhara. Check-in at the hotel and relax.
• Overnight stay at Pokhara.

Day 2: Pokhara Sightseeing

• 9:00 AM: Meet at the hotel lobby for a Pokhara city tour:
  • Gupteshwor Cave – a sacred cave near Devi’s Fall, extending almost 3 km underground.
  • Devi’s Fall – a dramatic waterfall linked to local legends.
  • Boating at Fewa Lake – Enjoy a serene 1-hour boat ride.
• 2:00 PM: Lunch at the hotel.
• Afternoon: Free time to relax or explore Lakeside Pokhara on your own.
• Overnight stay at Pokhara.

Day 3: Pokhara – Kathmandu

• 5:00 AM: Early morning drive to Sarangkot (approx. 45 minutes) to witness a breathtaking sunrise and panoramic views of the Himalayas.
• Return to the hotel for breakfast and relaxation.
• 8:30 AM: Drive back to Kathmandu.
  • (Optional: Visit Manakamana Temple via cable car – approx. 2 additional hours, ticket not included).
• Lunch en route at Blue Heaven Restaurant.
• Arrival in Kathmandu, hotel check-in.
• Evening free for leisure and personal exploration.

Day 4: Departure

• Morning free at leisure.
• Check-out by 10:00 AM.
• Transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your return flight to Dhaka.

Terms & Conditions – Pokhara & Kathmandu Tour Package (4 Days 3 Nights)

1. Booking Policy:

• No booking has been made yet.

• All reservations are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

• A booking confirmation will be issued once full payment or an agreed deposit is received.

2. Payment Terms:

• Full payment must be made before the commencement of the tour.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash (as agreed).

3. Cancellation Policy:

• 50% cancellation charge applies if canceled between 15-7 days prior to travel.

• 75% cancellation charge applies if canceled between 6-3 days prior to travel.

• 100% cancellation charge applies if canceled within 48 hours of travel or for no-shows.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting any bank/payment gateway charges.

4. Package Inclusions & Exclusions:

• Please refer to the package details for specific inclusions and exclusions.

• Any items not explicitly mentioned in the inclusions are considered excluded.

5. Changes to Itinerary:

• Travelers Holiday Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, road conditions, or any operational issues.

• Alternative arrangements will be made with minimum inconvenience to the client.

6. Travel Insurance:

• Medical and travel insurance is not included in the package.

• It is highly recommended that travelers purchase their own travel insurance.

7. Passport, Visa, and Entry Requirements:

• Guests are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents, including passports and visas.

• Travelers Holiday Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any issues arising from immigration or visa denials.

8. Responsibility:

• Travelers Holiday Pvt. Ltd. acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport companies, and other suppliers and shall not be liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur during the tour.

• Personal belongings are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
