Payment Policy:

• Phase 1: 70% of the total package amount is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival – Amman
Meet & assist at Queen Alia Airport, transfer to hotel in Amman. Overnight stay.

Day 2: Amman – Jerash – Ajloun – Amman
City tour of Amman including Citadel, Roman Theatre, Rainbow Street & Souq. Visit Jerash (Roman ruins) & Ajloun Castle. Return to Amman. Overnight stay.

Day 3: Amman – Madaba – Mt. Nebo – Kerak – Shobak – Petra
Visit Mt. Nebo, Madaba (mosaic map), Kerak & Shobak Castles. Transfer to Petra. Overnight stay.

Day 4: Full Day Petra Tour
Explore Petra’s Siq, Treasury, Royal Tombs, Theatre, and more. Overnight in Petra.

Day 5: Petra – Little Petra – Wadi Rum (B, D)
Morning free in Petra. Visit Little Petra, then 4×4 Wadi Rum desert tour (Lawrence’s Spring, dunes, canyon). Dinner & overnight in Bedouin camp.

Day 6: Wadi Rum – Aqaba – Dead Sea – Amman
Drive to Aqaba (Red Sea), then visit the Dead Sea. Return to Amman. Overnight stay.

Day 7: Departure
Transfer to Queen Alia Airport after breakfast.

Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment:

A non-refundable advance payment of 50% per person is required at the time of booking.

Full payment must be completed at least 15 days before the departure date.

Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, or online payment methods as accepted by Traveler’s Holiday Pvt Ltd.

Cancellation Policy:

30+ days before departure: 25% cancellation fee applies.

15–29 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee applies.

14 days or less: No refund will be provided.

No refund will be given for any unused services or portions of the tour.

Tour Price Excludes:

Airfare DAC–AMM–DAC (approx. Tk. 85,000)

PCR tests (Tk. 2,500 per test, if required)

Personal expenses, tips, and optional toursEarly check-in or late check-out at hotels

Visa & Entry Requirements:

Jordan visa is included in the package price.

Guests must carry valid passports with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel.

The agency is not responsible for visa rejection or delays caused by immigration authorities.

Tour Amendments:

The itinerary may be subject to change due to weather, traffic, flight delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, Traveler’s Holiday Pvt Ltd will provide the best possible alternative arrangements at no extra cost to the customer.

Travel Insurance:

Travel insurance is not included in the package but is strongly recommended.

Clients are responsible for obtaining their own insurance covering health, personal belongings, and cancellations.

Child Policy:

Child rates are applicable upon request, based on age and sharing conditions.

Children under 6 years are generally not recommended for desert camping activities.

Health & Safety:

Participants must disclose any pre-existing health conditions prior to travel.

The agency is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss during the tour, especially during adventure activities like Jeep Safari or desert camping.

Traveler’s Holiday Pvt Ltd acts only as an agent and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of suppliers (e.g., hotels, airlines, transport services).

In case of force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), Traveler’s Holiday Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel or alter the tour without prior notice.
