• All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
• Charges apply based on the date of cancellation prior to the tour start:
  • 30+ days before arrival: No charge (deposit non-refundable)
  • 15–29 days before arrival: 30% of total package cost
  • 7–14 days before arrival: 50% of total package cost
  • Less than 7 days or No-show: 100% of total cost
