Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: How many countries should I visit before applying for a visa?

A: There are no specific restrictions regarding the number of countries you must visit before applying for a visa. However, it is recommended that you have visited at least 2-3 countries before applying, as this can help demonstrate your travel history and enhance the credibility of your application.

Q: How much balance should I have in my bank account?

A: There is no fixed minimum or maximum balance required for your bank account. What is crucial is the consistency of your financial transactions. Your bank statement should reflect that you have sufficient funds to cover your travel costs and that you have financial ties to your home country, which shows your intent to return after your trip.

Q: My educational qualification is low; can I still apply for a visa?

A: For tourist visas, there is no specific educational qualification requirement. Individuals with any level of education are eligible to apply for a visa. The decision is typically based on other factors, such as travel history and financial stability.

Q: My visa application was recently refused. When can I apply again?

A: There is no official time limit on when you can reapply after a visa refusal. However, it is advisable to wait a certain period before reapplying to ensure that you address any issues or deficiencies in your previous application. Applying again too soon without changes may result in another refusal.

Q: Can you arrange an invitation for me? Will it benefit my application?

A: We do not arrange invitations for applicants. While an invitation letter is not mandatory, it may be beneficial if it comes from a close family member or friend. In such cases, the invitation can support your accommodation arrangement. However, for most cases, a hotel booking suffices as proof of accommodation.

Q: If I apply with my family, will my chances of visa approval increase?

A: Visa approval is ultimately dependent on the individual applicant’s profile. While applying with your family may increase your chances of approval in certain countries, such as for Schengen or UK visas, it may not have the same effect for countries like Australia or Canada, where family applications can sometimes decrease the likelihood of approval. Each case is considered individually by the embassy.

Q: Do you provide any guarantees for visa approval?

A: We do not offer any guarantees for visa approval. The decision to approve or deny a visa is at the discretion of the embassy or consulate. However, we provide professional consultancy services to prepare your application in a manner that presents your profile clearly and positively, which may enhance your chances of approval.

Q: Are the embassy visa fees and service charges refundable?

A: No, both the embassy visa fees and our service charges are non-refundable. These charges are paid directly to the embassy or consulate and cover the processing of your visa application, which cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
