Minimum Participants: Package prices are applicable based on a minimum of 2 adults traveling together.
Package Validity: The price is valid until 30 October 2024 and excludes any peak season surcharges.
Hotel Availability: All hotels are subject to availability at the time of final confirmation. In case of unavailability, similar standards of accommodation will be provided.
Price Fluctuations: Package rates are based on current USD to BDT exchange rates. Any fluctuation at the time of booking may affect the final price.
Package Modification: The tour operator reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, operational reasons, or local conditions. Travelers will be informed in advance wherever possible.
Non-Refundable Services: Unused services, no-shows, or shortened stays are non-refundable.
Surcharge Policy: Any new government-imposed fees, taxes, or service charges during travel may result in additional charges.
Discount Policy: Published prices include a 5% discount. EMI customers are not eligible for any additional discounts.
SAARC Rate: Prices are applicable for nationals from SAARC countries.

Check-in/Check-out Time: Standard check-in is at 12:00 noon and check-out at 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Room Allocation: Hotel management is responsible for room allocation. Special room requests (e.g., top floor, adjacent rooms, twin/double beds) are subject to availability and hotel discretion.
Room Changes: Changes to room type or location are subject to hotel approval and cannot be guaranteed by the tour operator.

Airfare: International airfare (DAC–CMB–DAC) is not included and must be purchased separately (Approx. BDT 36,000 per adult).
Schedule Changes: If airlines alter the flight schedule, accommodation dates remain unchanged as per the non-refundable policy. Extra nights due to changes may result in additional charges.
Baggage Issues: The tour operator is not responsible for flight delays, missed connections, or baggage issues caused by airlines.
