Itinerary

Tour Itinerary


Day 1: Home Country – Tashkent
Arrival in Tashkent. Meet and greet at the airport followed by transfer to a private local house for breakfast. Begin exploring Tashkent, including the old part of the city with architectural gems such as the “Khazret-Imam” complex, “Barakkhan Medressa,” “Tellya Sheikh Medressa,” “Juma Mosque,” and more. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Visit the “Monument of Courage” commemorating the Tashkent earthquake of 1966 and “Abdulkasim Medressa,” now a center for traditional arts. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.


Day 2: Tashkent – Kokand – Fergana (300 km)
Depart for the Fergana Valley (320 km) via the picturesque Kamchik mountain pass. Stop in Kokand to explore attractions like Khudoyar-Khan Palace, Jami Mosque, and Norbut-biy Madrasah. Continue to Fergana city (80 km) and visit Akhmad Al-Fergani Park. Check-in at the hotel for an overnight stay.


Day 3: Fergana – Margilan – Rishtan – Tashkent (300 km)
Drive from Fergana to Margilan, where you’ll visit Said Akhmad-Khoja Madrasah and the Yodgorlik Silk Factory. Stop by a pottery workshop in Rishtan before returning to Tashkent (240 km). Transfer to the hotel and enjoy dinner.


Day 4: Tashkent – Nukus – Muynak – Nukus (400 km)
Take a morning flight to Nukus. Visit the Mizdakhan archaeological complex and explore Muynak, known for its “Cemetery of Ships.” Learn about the history of the Aral Sea at the Local History Museum. Return to Nukus for an overnight stay.


Day 5: Nukus – Khiva (230 km)
Start the day with a visit to the Savitsky Karakalpakstan Art Museum. Travel to Khiva (200 km), stopping to explore the ancient Khorezmian clay fortresses Tuprak-kala and Ayaz-kala. Have lunch in a traditional yurt before arriving in Khiva for an overnight stay.


Day 6: Khiva
Spend the day exploring the UNESCO World Heritage site of Itchan-Kala Fortress. Highlights include Allakulikhan Madrassah, Muhammad Amin Khan Madrassah, Kalta Minor, Pakhlavan Mahmud Mausoleum, Islom-Khoja Minaret, Juma Mosque, Toshhovli Palace, and more. Overnight at the hotel.


Day 7: Khiva – Bukhara (480 km)
Embark on a full-day drive to Bukhara (480 km), passing through the Kyzyl-Kum Desert. Enjoy views of the Amu Darya River and the vast desert landscape. Arrive in Bukhara late in the afternoon, check in at the hotel, and rest overnight. (Note: Lunch-boxes are recommended as parts of the road are under renovation.)


Day 8: Bukhara
After breakfast, enjoy a city tour of Bukhara, visiting the Kalon Ensemble, Madrassah Miri-Arab, Madrassah Ulugbek and Abdulazizkhan, Tim of Abdoullakhan, Lyabi Hauz Complex, Sarrafon Caravanserai, Kukeldash Madrassah, Chor-Minor Madrassah, and the ancient trade domes. Overnight at the hotel.


Day 9: Bukhara
Begin the day with a visit to Sitorai Mokhi-Khosa, the summer residence of Bukhara’s last emir. Continue to the Bakhouddin Naqshbandi Mausoleum and Chor-Bakr Necropolis. Enjoy free time in the afternoon. Overnight at the hotel.


Day 10: Bukhara – Nurata – Aidar Yurt Camp (230 km)
Depart for the Kyzyl-Kum Desert. Visit the Gijduvan pottery workshop and Nurata town to see a local mosque with a holy spring. Continue to the yurt camp, stopping at Nurata Pass to see ancient petroglyphs. Experience camel riding and enjoy dinner by the campfire with traditional Kazakh folk songs. Overnight in the yurt.


Day 11: Yurt Camp – Aydarkul Lake – Sentab
After breakfast, visit Aydarkul Lake to enjoy swimming and a picnic by the lakeside. Transfer to Sentab village and stay in a local guesthouse. Dinner and overnight at the guesthouse.


Day 12: Sentab – Asraf Village (Hiking 3 hours)
Travel to Asraf village and experience traditional rural life, including open-fire cooking, weaving, and shepherding. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the guesthouse.


Day 13: Asraf Village – Samarkand (210 km)
Have breakfast and transfer to Samarkand via Djizzak. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and enjoy leisure time.


Day 14: Samarkand
Explore Samarkand’s iconic sites, including Registan Square, Gur-Emir Mausoleum, Bibi-Khanum Mosque, Shokhi-Zinda Complex, and Ulugbek Observatory. Overnight at the hotel.


Day 15: Samarkand
Continue sightseeing with visits to the Afrasiab Museum, Tomb of Saint Daniel, and traditional Samarkand paper-making workshops in Konigil village. Spend the afternoon at your leisure. Overnight at the hotel.


Day 16: Samarkand – Shakhrisabz – Boysun
Drive to Shakhrisabz (80 km) for a short tour, visiting the Mausoleum of Jakhongir, Ak-Saray Palace, and Dor-ut Tilavat Ensemble. Continue to Boysun, a village at the foot of the Ghissar Mountains. Check in to the guesthouse for dinner and an overnight stay.


Day 17: Boysun
Explore Boysun, a cultural center of Surkhandarya. Immerse yourself in the folklore and traditions of this historic region. Overnight at the guesthouse.


Day 18: Boysun – Termez
Drive to Termez and explore the ancient Buddhist center, including Zurmala Tower, Mausoleum of Al-Hakim at-Termezi, Fayaz-Tepe, and Kampyr-Tepe. Visit city landmarks such as Kyrk-Kyz Fortress, Kokildor-Ota Khanaka, Sultan Saodat Ensemble, and the Archaeology Museum. Overnight in Termez.


Day 19: Termez – Tashkent
Take a morning flight to Tashkent. Sightseeing includes Chorsu Bazaar, a ride on the Tashkent Metro, and visits to Amir Timur Square, Independence Square, and the Applied Arts Museum. Enjoy free time in the afternoon. Overnight at the hotel.


Day 20: Tashkent – Departure
Transfer to the airport for your flight. End of services.
