Payment Policy:

• Phase 1: 70% of the total package amount is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• Phase 2: The remaining 30% must be paid at least 10 working days prior to the travel date.

Day 1: Arrival – Paro to Thimphu

• Receive from Paro International Airport.
• Stopover at Tamchoe Monastery & Chuzom River Confluence.
• Check-in at hotel in Thimphu.
• Post-lunch: Visit Buddha Point & evening stroll at Thimphu Market (time permitting).

Day 2: Thimphu Sightseeing

• Takin Preservation Center
• Sangaygang View Point
• Thimphu Fortress View Point
• Paper Factory & Botanical Garden
• Visit Simply Bhutan (Live Cultural Museum with traditional dance & archery)

Day 3: Thimphu to Punakha

• Scenic drive via Dochula Pass.
• Visit Punakha Fortress, Longest Suspension Bridge, and riverside.
• Hotel check-in in Punakha.

Day 4: Punakha Sightseeing

• Visit Gangtey Gumpa & Black-Necked Crane Center
• Explore the untouched valley. Return to Punakha or optional stay in Phobjikha.

Day 5: Punakha to Paro

• Return to Paro via Dochula Pass.
• Visit Airport View Point, Shaba River Side, and National Museum (if time allows).
• Check-in at Paro hotel.

Day 6: Paro – Hike to Tiger’s Nest

• Full-day hike to the iconic Tiger’s Nest Monastery.

Day 7: Paro – Chelela Pass Excursion

• Scenic drive to Chelela Pass (4,000m above sea level).
• Marvel at panoramic Himalayan views.
• Visit Nymi Zampa Photography Point.
• Post-lunch shopping at Paro Town.

Day 8: Departure

• Drop at Paro International Airport (2 hours prior to flight).
• End your Bhutan trip with unforgettable memories.

Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment Policy:

• Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of 70% advance payment of the total package amount.
• Final Payment: The remaining 30% must be settled at least 10 working days prior to the travel date.
• Mode of Payment: Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash deposit, or eligible credit cards. EMI (0% interest) is available for selected banks listed under the EMI facility section.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• All Sales Are Final: This package is non-refundable. Any cancellation will incur a 100% penalty.
• No Show: In the case of a no-show, the entire package cost will be forfeited.
• Travel Date Changes: Any request to change travel dates must be made at least 15 days prior to departure and is subject to availability and additional costs.

Travel Documents & Permits:

• Passengers must carry a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity) and any other documents required for Bhutan entry.
• We will arrange necessary permits in accordance with Bhutan’s tourism regulations; however, travelers are responsible for cooperating with documentation requests in a timely manner.

Accommodation & Transportation:

• Hotel rooms are provided on a double/triple sharing basis and are subject to availability at the time of booking. In case the listed hotels are not available, similar category alternatives will be provided.
• Private vehicle with an English-speaking driver/guide will be provided for all transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary.

Health & Safety:

• All travelers are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for medical emergencies and trip cancellations.
• Please inform us in advance about any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special requirements.

Liabilities:

• Traveler’s Holiday Pvt Ltd shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers or due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, political unrest, flight delays, etc.
