Day 01: Dhaka – Kathmandu

• Arrival in Kathmandu: Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, meet and greet by our local representative.
• Hotel Check-In: Receive your room key and settle into your chosen hotel category. Enjoy a welcome drink as you relax.
• Free Time: The rest of the day is free for you to explore Kathmandu at your leisure. Wander through the bustling streets, visit nearby attractions, or indulge in local delicacies.
• Overnight Stay: Relax at your hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu

• Breakfast at the Hotel: Start your day with a hearty breakfast.
• Guided Sightseeing Tour:
  • Patan Durbar Square:
    Located in the heart of Patan city (Lalitpur), this UNESCO World Heritage Site showcases stunning Newari architecture. The square houses the former royal palace of Patan’s kings and features three main courtyards:
    • Mul Chowk: The oldest courtyard, known for its intricate wood carvings.
    • Sundari Chowk: Famous for its sunken water tank and stone sculptures.

• Airport Transfer: Closer to your departure time, our representative will assist you with the check-out process and transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport for your flight back to Dhaka.

1. Group Size & Pricing:
   • Minimum Requirement: The package price is applicable for a minimum of 02 passengers in a group.
   • Occupancy Basis: The package rate is calculated on a double occupancy basis. For triple, quad, or higher occupancy arrangements, the pricing may vary depending on hotel policies and availability. Please inquire for detailed rates based on your preferred group size.
2. Discounts:
   • A 5% discount is available on all of our published packages. However, please note that EMI beneficiaries are not eligible for this discount offer.
3. Availability & Booking:
   • Subject to Availability: All services, including hotels, transportation, and activities, are subject to availability at the time of booking. We recommend booking well in advance to secure your preferred options.
   • Changes: All prices and itineraries are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances such as changes in government regulations, natural disasters, or other external factors. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you promptly.
4. Refund Policy:
   • No Refunds: Once services are confirmed, there will be no refunds for unused services or if the duration of the stay is reduced. Please ensure all travel plans are thoroughly confirmed before booking.
   • No Refund for Extra Luggage: Additional luggage or extra baggage beyond what is specified in your ticket will be at the passenger’s own expense.
5. Luggage & Loss:
   • Excess Luggage Charges: Any additional luggage or items beyond the allocated limits on the ticket must be paid directly by the passenger. It is essential to check baggage allowances beforehand.
   • Luggage Loss: The tour operator is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of luggage during the course of the trip. We advise purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected incidents involving personal belongings.
6. Other Terms:
   • The tour package includes the services mentioned in the itinerary, and any additional services or activities requested will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
   • Travel Insurance: We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and luggage protection during your travel. This is not included in the package price.
