• International Air Ticket:
  • Approximate cost from Dhaka to Kathmandu: TK. 29,000 per adult.
• Personal Expenses:
  • Any expenses not mentioned in the “Package Includes” section, such as personal costs, shopping, or meals outside the package.
• Extra Nights:
  • Additional hotel nights, if required, are not included.
• Entrance Fees:
  • Heritage site entrance fees and cable car ride tickets are not included.
• Travel Insurance:
  • Travel insurance is optional and not part of the package.

Payment Policy:

• Phase 1: 70% of the total package amount at the time of booking.
• Phase 2: 30% of the total package amount 10 working days before the travel date.

1. Pricing & Occupancy:
   • The package price is applicable for a minimum of 2 travelers.
   • Rates are based on double occupancy. For triple, quad, or higher occupancy, prices are subject to the respective hotel’s policies and availability.
2. Discount Policy:
   • A 5% discount has been applied to all published package rates.
   • No discounts will be offered to customers availing the package through EMI (Equated Monthly Installments).
3. Availability:
   • All services, including hotels, transportation, and activities, are subject to availability at the time of booking.
   • In the event of unavailability, equivalent alternatives will be offered, but the package cost may vary.
4. Changes & Modifications:
   • The tour operator reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, services, or pricing without prior notice, depending on unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy:
   • No refunds will be provided for unused services or if the duration of stay is shortened by the traveler.
   • Cancellation charges may apply as per the operator’s policy.
6. Luggage Policy:
   • The package includes the standard luggage allowance as mentioned on the airline ticket.
   • Extra luggage fees beyond the allowance will be borne by the traveler.
7. Liability for Luggage:
   • The tour operator will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to luggage during the journey or stay. Travelers are advised to safeguard their belongings.
8. Travel Insurance:
   • Travelers are encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected incidents, such as flight delays, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings.
9. Force Majeure:
   • In case of events beyond the operator’s control (natural disasters, political unrest, flight cancellations, etc.), the operator will endeavor to provide alternatives, but additional costs may apply.
10. Traveler Responsibilities:
    • All travelers are required to carry valid passports, visas, and any other necessary travel documents.
    • Compliance with local customs, rules, and regulations is mandatory throughout the trip.
