Service Availability: All services, including accommodations and transportation, are subject to availability at the time of booking. Package costs may vary based on room or hotel availability.
Price Changes: The price of the package may change if there are adjustments in room rates, hotel availability, or unforeseen changes in local conditions.
No Refund Policy: There will be no refund for unused services or if the duration of stay is shorter than planned. Once booked, the package is non-refundable.
Unexpected Charges: Traveler’s Holiday reserves the right to charge an additional amount if unexpected charges are imposed by legal authorities, including government taxes or fees.

Airline Schedule Changes: In the event of an airline schedule change prior to departure, the hotel bookings will remain unchanged as per the non-refundable policy. If changes occur in the return flight schedule, additional accommodation charges will apply for extended stays.
Flight Delays or Missing Luggage: Travele’s Holiday will not be held responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or issues related to missing luggage by airlines. The traveler is responsible for communicating directly with the airline regarding these issues.

Force Majeure: In case of natural events (such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances) that may affect travel arrangements, Travele’s Holiday will not be liable for any disruption to the package. This includes but is not limited to changes in flight schedules, delays, or additional accommodation costs due to circumstances beyond our control.
