Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu – Transfer to Nagarkot

Distance: 38 km | Travel Time: Approx. 1.5 hours

• Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu.

• Depart for Nagarkot via Bhaktapur – a UNESCO World Heritage site famous for its rich Malla-era culture and preservation of ancient traditions.

• Continue the journey to Nagarkot, located at an altitude of 2175 meters.

Family Nepal Tour Package – Remarks

1. Minimum Group Size:
   The package price is applicable for a minimum of 02 adults in a group. For smaller groups, additional charges may apply.
2. Itinerary Modifications:
   The itinerary is subject to change and will be communicated to travelers prior to departure. Changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or logistical requirements.
3. Subject to Availability:
   All services are provided subject to availability at the time of booking. Hotel room availability and package costs may vary based on changes in room availability, hotel category, and seasonal rates.
4. No Refund on Unused Services:
   There will be no refund for unused services or shortened duration of stay. Travelers are advised to make necessary adjustments in case of any changes.
5. Additional Charges:
   obokash.com reserves the right to charge an extra amount for certain tour package inclusions if unexpected charges arise from legal authorities or due to changes in government policies or taxes.
6. Discount Policy:
   A 5% discount is available on all published packages, but this discount is not applicable to EMI beneficiaries (0% interest installment plans for a maximum of 6 months). The EMI plans may not be eligible for discounts.
7. Currency Conversion:
   The package prices are based on current USD to BDT conversion rates (1 USD = 117 BDT). If there are any changes in the conversion rate between the time of booking and final payment, the package price will be adjusted accordingly.
8. Airline Schedule Changes:
   In case of changes to flight schedules by the airline before departure:
   • Hotel bookings will remain as per the original itinerary, subject to the non-refundable policy.
   • If flight schedules are altered on the return date, additional accommodation charges will apply to cover the extended stay.
9. Natural Events or External Factors:
   obokash.com is not responsible for any disruptions due to natural factors, such as:
   • Flight delays or cancellations by airlines.
   • Lost or delayed luggage.
   • Any other force majeure incidents beyond our control.
10. Peak Period:
    The peak period for Nepal travel is from 20th December 2024 to 5th January 2025. During this time, higher rates and limited availability of accommodations and services may apply.
