Kathmandu & Nagarkot Tour Package

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

• Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (Domestic/International).
• Warm welcome with a Rudraksha mala and soft drinks, showcasing traditional Nepali culture.
• Transfer to the hotel, followed by a refreshing break.
• Evening plan:
  • Visit to a Casino: Enjoy entertainment and games at one of Kathmandu’s renowned casinos.
  • Thamel Walking Tour: Explore the vibrant streets of Thamel, filled with local shops, restaurants, and a lively atmosphere.
• Overnight stay at the hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 02: Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing

• After breakfast, proceed for a full-day guided sightseeing tour of Kathmandu Valley, covering:
  • Pashupatinath Temple: A sacred Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, located on the banks of the Bagmati River.
  • Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple): A UNESCO World Heritage site offering panoramic views of the Kathmandu Valley.

  • Witness a grand view of over five of the world’s highest peaks, including Mt. Everest (8,848 m), Lhotse (8,516 m), Cho Oyu (8,201 m), Makalu (8,463 m), and Manaslu (8,163 m).
  • Enjoy the magnificent sunset over the snow-capped peaks.
• Overnight stay in Nagarkot.

Day 04: Nagarkot – Departure

• Early morning wake-up for sunrise and a stunning view of the long Himalayan range, stretching from Ganesh Himal in the west to Mt. Everest in the east.

   • All services included in the package are subject to availability at the time of booking.
   • Package costs may vary depending on room or hotel availability at the time of confirmation.
4. Changes Without Prior Notice
   • Traveler’s reserves the right to make changes to the package without prior notice, based on unforeseen circumstances or legal requirements.
5. Refund Policy
   • No refunds will be provided for unused services or a shorter duration of stay than originally planned.
6. Additional Charges
   • Traveler’s  reserves the right to charge an additional amount for any inclusions in the tour package if unexpected charges are imposed by legal authorities or third-party service providers.
7. Discount Policy
   • A 5% discount has already been applied to all published packages.
   • However, no discounts will be applicable to EMI beneficiaries (maximum tenure of 6 months).
8. Currency Conversion Rates
   • Package prices are based on the current exchange rate of 1 USD = BDT 117.
   • If there is a fluctuation in the USD-to-BDT exchange rate at the time of final booking confirmation, the package price will be adjusted accordingly.
9. Natural Issues and Airline Policies
   • If airlines alter flight schedules before the day of departure, hotel bookings will remain unchanged due to the non-refundable policy.
   • If airlines reschedule return flights, travelers will be responsible for additional hotel accommodation charges incurred during the extended stay.
   • Obokash.com will not be held responsible for any issues caused by natural events, including but not limited to:
     • Flight delays.
     • Lost or delayed luggage by airlines.
10. Peak Travel Period

• The peak travel period for Nepal is from 20th December 2024 to 5th January 2025. Additional charges or restrictions may apply during this time.
