Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

  • Arrival: Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu.
  • Welcome Ceremony: Traditional welcome with Rudhrakch Mala and soft drinks to celebrate ancient Nepali culture.
  • Transfer to Hotel: Private transfer to your hotel for check-in.
  • Evening Program: Briefing about the evening activities, including a visit to a local casino and a walking tour of Thamel, Kathmandu’s lively commercial area, where you can explore shops, restaurants, and enjoy local entertainment.
  • Overnight: Stay at the hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing

  • Breakfast: Enjoy a delicious breakfast at the hotel.
  • Sightseeing Tour: Embark on a full-day city tour of Kathmandu, including:
    • Kathmandu Durbar Square: Explore the ancient Palace of the Kings and surrounding temples.
    • Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple): Visit this iconic hilltop stupa with panoramic views of the city.
    • Pashupatinath Temple: A sacred Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, located by the Bagmati River.
    • Gujeswari Mata Temple: A significant temple dedicated to the goddess Gujeswari.
    • Boudhanath Stupa: One of the largest stupa complexes in Nepal, a major Buddhist pilgrimage site.
    • Budhanilkantha: Known for the large, reclining statue of Lord Vishnu.
  • Overnight: Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 03: Kathmandu to Pokhara (200 km, 5-6 Hours)

  • Breakfast: Start your day with breakfast at the hotel.
  • Manakamana Temple Visit: On the way to Pokhara, stop for a 2-hour Manakamana Darshan. Enjoy a cable car ride up to the temple and seek blessings from the goddess Manakamana.
  • Continue Journey: Continue the scenic drive to Pokhara, surrounded by majestic mountain views and lush landscapes.
  • Arrival in Pokhara: Arrive in Pokhara and check into your hotel.
  • Overnight: Stay at a hotel in Pokhara.

Day 04: Pokhara Sightseeing

  • Breakfast: After breakfast, head out for a half-day sightseeing tour of Pokhara, including:
    • Devi’s Fall: A beautiful waterfall where the river disappears into a deep gorge.
    • Gupteswore Cave: An ancient cave known for its stunning limestone formations.
    • Bindhabasini Temple: A revered Hindu temple dedicated to the goddess Durga.
    • Mahendra Cave: A natural limestone cave known for its impressive stalactites and stalagmites.
    • Seti River: Famous for its deep, narrow gorge with a rushing river.
    • Pokhara Museum: A cultural museum offering insight into the history of the region.
    • Boating on Fewa Lake: Enjoy a peaceful boat ride on the serene Fewa Lake, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
  • Leisure Time: The rest of the day is free for personal exploration or relaxation.
  • Overnight: Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 05: Pokhara to Kathmandu (200 km, 6-7 Hours or by Air 25 Minutes)

  • Breakfast: Have breakfast at the hotel.
  • Departure to Kathmandu: Choose between a scenic drive back to Kathmandu (6-7 hours) or a short 25-minute domestic flight to Kathmandu.
  • Arrival in Kathmandu: On arrival, transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your onward flight.
  • Farewell: It’s time to say goodbye and cherish the warm memories from your Kathmandu and Pokhara journey.

  • Minimum Group Size: The package price is applicable for a minimum of 02 adults in a group.
  • Itinerary Changes: The package itinerary may be subject to change. Any modifications will be communicated to the travelers prior to travel.
  • Room/Hotel Availability: Package pricing and costs may vary depending on room and hotel availability at the time of booking.
  • Changes Without Prior Notice: The package price and details are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Unused Services: There will be no refund for unused services or if the duration of stay is shortened.
  • Additional Charges:  Reserves the right to charge extra fees for any package inclusion services if additional charges are imposed by legal authorities or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Discounts and EMI Policy: A 5% discount is offered on all published packages. However, no discounts will be provided for EMI beneficiaries (EMI options available for a maximum of 6 months).
  • Currency Conversion: The package prices are based on the current exchange rate of USD to BDT (1 USD = BDT 117). Should the USD conversion rate change at the time of final booking confirmation, the package price will be adjusted accordingly.
  • Flight Schedule Changes:
    • If the airline changes the flight schedule prior to departure, the hotel booking will remain unchanged as per the non-refundable policy.
    • If the airline changes the flight schedule before the return date, an additional hotel accommodation charge will apply.
  • Natural Issues or Airline Delays: Responsible for any disruptions caused by natural issues, such as flight delays or missing luggage.
  • Peak Period: The peak period for travel to Nepal is from 20th December 2024 to 5th January 2025. Additional charges or limited availability may apply during this period.
