5 Days Kathmandu & Pokhara Tour Itinerary

Day 01: Dhaka – Kathmandu – Pokhara (Dinner Included)

• Flight to Kathmandu:
  Begin your journey with a flight from Dhaka to Kathmandu (flight duration: approximately 1 hour 25 minutes). Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be welcomed by our local representative with a traditional Nepali Khada (a ceremonial scarf) and a refreshing soft drink.
• Transfer to Pokhara:
  After the warm welcome, you will begin your scenic drive to Pokhara (approximately 200 km / 6-7 hours). Enjoy the picturesque views along the way.
• Arrival in Pokhara:
  Upon arrival, check into your hotel. Refresh yourself and enjoy a delicious dinner at the hotel.
• Overnight Stay:
  Enjoy an overnight stay in Pokhara.

Day 02: Pokhara Sightseeing (Breakfast and Dinner Included)

• Morning Breakfast:
  Start your day with a breakfast at the hotel at 9:30 am.
• Pokhara Sightseeing:
  After breakfast, embark on a full-day sightseeing tour of Pokhara. The key highlights include:
  • Davis Fall: A beautiful waterfall with a unique underground passage.
  • Gupteswore Cave: A fascinating cave near Davis Fall.
  • Seti Gorge: A deep river gorge with scenic views.
  • Bindhyabasini Temple: A popular Hindu temple dedicated to Goddess Durga.
  • Barahi Temple: Located on an island in Phewa Lake.
  • Boating on Phewa Lake: Enjoy a 1-hour boating experience with a view of the majestic Annapurna Mountain Range.
• Lunch:
  Enjoy a lunch at the hotel.
• Leisure Time:
  After sightseeing, spend the afternoon at leisure. You may explore the Lakeside area or relax at the hotel.
• Dinner:
  Enjoy dinner at the hotel.
• Overnight Stay:
  Overnight stay in Pokhara.

Day 03: Pokhara – Kathmandu (200 km, 6-7 Hours) (Breakfast and Dinner Included)

• Morning Departure:
  After breakfast at the hotel, check out and begin your scenic drive to Kathmandu at 8:00 am.
• Arrival in Kathmandu:
  You will reach Kathmandu by afternoon. Check into your hotel and enjoy some free time. You may opt for shopping, explore the Thamel area, or simply relax.
• Evening Leisure:
  You have the evening free for personal exploration or shopping.
• Dinner:
  Enjoy a dinner at the hotel.
• Overnight Stay:
  Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 04: Kathmandu Sightseeing (Breakfast and Dinner Included)

• Early Morning Departure for Nagarkot:
  At 4:00 am, depart for a scenic trip to Nagarkot for a spectacular view of the sunrise over the Himalayas. Afterward, enjoy the scenic beauty of the surrounding area.
• Bhaktapur Durbar Square:
  On the way back to Kathmandu, visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, known for its well-preserved medieval architecture.
• Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing:
  After breakfast at the hotel (around 9:00 am), continue with a full-day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu Valley, including:
  • Pashupatinath Temple: A sacred Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, located on the banks of the Bagmati River.
  • Boudhanath Stupa: One of the largest Buddhist stupas in Nepal, also known as the “Temple of the Buddhist.”
  • Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple): Offering a panoramic view of Kathmandu, this stupa is one of the most iconic landmarks in the valley.
• Lunch:
  Enjoy a delicious lunch at the hotel.
• Leisure and Gala Dinner:
  In the late afternoon, you will be transferred to a conference or event for a Gala Dinner at 7:00 pm, where you will experience traditional Nepali hospitality, cuisine, and entertainment.
• Overnight Stay:
  Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 05: Departure to Tribhuvan International Airport (Breakfast Included)

• Breakfast:
  After a hearty breakfast at the hotel, you will have some time to relax.
• Farewell & Airport Transfer:
  Depart from your hotel and proceed to Tribhuvan International Airport for your flight back home.
• End of the Tour:
  It’s time to say goodbye to your fellow travelers and take home warm memories from your Kathmandu & Pokhara adventure.

Important Remarks and Terms & Conditions

1. Package Price Applicability:

• The package price is applicable for a minimum of 2 persons traveling together.
• For single travelers, a surcharge will apply.

2. Vaccination Requirement:

• COVID-19 Vaccination is mandatory for all travelers aged 18 and above. Travelers must have received any approved vaccine before travel.
• Vaccination for children aged 0-17 years is not mandatory.
• Travel can only proceed if 14 days have passed since the completion of the COVID-19 vaccination.

3. PCR Test Requirement:

• A PCR test is required before departure from both Bangladesh and Nepal.
• The PCR test in Bangladesh costs approximately BDT 2,500 per person, and in Nepal, it costs about USD 20 per person.
• It is the traveler’s responsibility to bear the costs for the required tests.

4. Itinerary Changes:

• The itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or operational reasons. In the event of any changes, travelers will be informed in advance.
• The final schedule will be provided prior to travel, and all alterations will be communicated clearly.

5. Hotel and Service Availability:

• All services, including hotel accommodations and transfers, are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• The package cost may change depending on the availability of rooms, hotels, or any other factors.
• We reserve the right to charge an extra amount for any additional services or inclusions imposed by local authorities, such as taxes or entrance fees.
• In exceptional circumstances, if the specified hotel is unavailable, a similar hotel will be offered, subject to availability.

6. Museums and Sightseeing:

• Visits to museums and other sites mentioned in the itinerary are subject to their operating schedules and government rules. If any museum or attraction is closed on the day of the visit, alternate arrangements will be made, if possible.

7. Refund Policy:

• No refund will be issued in case of unused services or reduced duration of stay.
• Once the package has been booked, changes or cancellations are subject to strict terms and conditions.

8. Unforeseen Charges:

• Any unexpected charges imposed by legal or governmental authorities during the trip, such as entry fees or taxes, may require the traveler to pay these costs directly at the time of check-out.
• These charges are beyond our control and must be settled by the tourist at the time of service utilization.

9. EMI and Discount Policy:

• We are offering a 5% discount on all our published packages. However, please note that this discount is not applicable for bookings made under the EMI payment option (Maximum EMI duration: 6 months).
• For EMI bookings, the package price will be charged in full, and no additional discounts will be granted.

10. Travel Insurance:

• Travel insurance is optional but highly recommended. It covers unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or lost baggage.
• Travel insurance is not included in the package price and must be purchased separately.

11. Liability:

• Traveler’s reserves the right to make changes to the terms, package details, or pricing without prior notice, depending on market conditions, government regulations, or operational circumstances.
• All prices mentioned in the package are approximate and subject to change due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, hotel prices, and other factors.
