Payment Policy:

Phase-1: 70% of the total package amount to be paid at the time of booking.
Phase-2: The remaining 30% of the total package amount to be paid 7 days before the travel date.

Cancellation Policy:

The package is non-refundable and non-changeable (except for air tickets).
Air ticket re-issue or refund charges are subject to the airline’s policies.

Day 2: Half Day Singapore City Tour + Sentosa Tour

Day 01: Arrival in Singapore – Leisure Day

Arrive in Singapore:

Upon arrival at Singapore Changi Airport, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your selected hotel.
Check-in and take some time to relax after your flight.

Leisure Day:

The remainder of the day is at your leisure. You may choose to explore the nearby areas, enjoy some local cuisine, or simply rest and recover from your journey.

Overnight at Hotel:

Stay overnight at your selected hotel in Singapore.

Day 02: Singapore City Tour & Sentosa Island Experience

Breakfast at Hotel:

Enjoy a delightful breakfast at your hotel before heading out for an exciting day of sightseeing.

Morning: Half-Day Singapore City Tour

Embark on a half-day guided city tour to explore the vibrant culture and iconic landmarks of Singapore.
- Chinatown: Walk through the bustling streets of Chinatown, known for its heritage sites and traditional shophouses.
- Little India: Experience the sights, sounds, and smells of Singapore’s Indian community, with vibrant markets and temples.

Currency Conversion:
The package prices are calculated based on the current USD to BDT conversion rates. If the conversion rate fluctuates between the time of booking and final payment, the package price may be adjusted accordingly.

No Refund for Unused Services:

Discounts & EMI Terms:
A 5% discount is available on all published packages. However, please note that no discounts will be provided to customers who opt for EMI payment plans (up to a maximum of 6 months).

Hotel Policies:

Check-In and Check-Out:
As per standard hotel policy, obokash.com is not responsible for early check-ins or late check-outs. Hotels generally allow check-in from a specific time (e.g., 2 PM), and check-out is usually by noon. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to hotel availability.
Room Requests:
Guests can request specific room types or preferences (e.g., top floor, corner room, twin or double beds). However, the fulfillment of these requests is not guaranteed. Flight Schedule and Delays:

If the airline alters the flight schedule before your departure date, obokash.com will not be able to change the hotel booking. As per the hotel’s non-refundable policy, any such changes will not affect your hotel reservation.

If the airline modifies the return flight schedule, additional hotel accommodation charges may apply for the extended stay. You will be informed about these charges as soon as possible.
