4. Submit in person at VFS + biometrics
5. Pay EUR 90 (~৳13,500) via NRB Bank booth at VFS + ৳1,573 VFS charge + ৳230 bank processing fee (all cash)
6. Track via VFS reference number
7. Collect the passport from VFS or opt for courier

Biometrics valid 5 years — no re-submission if done before (can send representative with power of attorney). Appeal within 21 days — email/mail to Swedish Embassy Dhaka. Further appeal: Swedish Migration Court Stockholm within 60 days. Children under 6: FREE. Age 6-12: EUR 45. Apply max 6 months — min 15 days before travel. Do NOT buy non-refundable tickets before approval.
