All fees must be paid in CASH in BDT at the VAC — no cards, mobile banking, or online payments accepted. Appointment is MANDATORY — apply at appointment.mosaicvisa.com before visiting VAC. Apply at least 90 days before the intended travel date — processing can take 15-25 working days. ⚠️ Biometric enrollment (fingerprints) is mandatory for all applicants 12 years and above — must appear in person at VAC. Embassy visa fee (single entry 3 months): approximately ৳24,750; 6 months: ৳27,625; 12 months: ৳30,500. All fees are non-refundable once the application is submitted to VAC. Do not purchase non-refundable airline tickets before visa approval. Applications must be submitted no more than 90 days before intended travel.
